Most "AI operating system" content online is either empty branding or a prompt-hack thread with no substance underneath. Black Ice is the actual framework used to build and run every live system on this site: the free scanner, the compliance pipeline, the OUTPOST partner network, the monitoring that pages the operator directly when something breaks. It's published as a free field guide because it holds up on its own, not as lead-gen bait.

The shape of it

A small set of reusable primitives for observing a situation, cutting the noise out of it, and acting on what's left, with AI doing the keystroke-level execution and a human staying at the one point that actually needs judgement. The core loop it compresses to: observe, orient, compress, decide, act, measure, correct, repeat.

Where it draws the line
