Why TITANOS does it differently

This pattern is taken from the live approval rails TITANOS runs itself. The build is sized by a standard estimate (COCOMO, a MODELLED figure, shown on the Engineering page) and was made for about US$30 a month of AI tools (operator figure). Most agencies have no tested gate-and-receipt design to copy.
