The price is AU$199 one-off, and no GST is charged. Before you ask: I am Kyle Deligny, a sole trader (ABN 34 318 502 254). Public records only unless you invite us further in, nobody is replaced, and your IT provider stays in charge.

Is this one actually for you? The next bit is a short, honest list.

Who it's for

  • Commercial landlords and shopping-centre owners
  • Property valuers
  • Community lenders and local-economy teams

What you get

  • Openings, closures and moves by suburb and sector
  • Tender-winning firms in the area
  • Technology and website health signals
  • A PDF and a CSV
  • The method and denominators stated on the page

And how does it go from a yes to a finished job?

How it works

  1. You choose suburbs and sectors.
  2. We compare our company database against earlier snapshots.
  3. You get a PDF and CSV each quarter.

Why TITANOS does it differently

A time series across the whole company database, so you see trend and not a point count. It gets more useful with every quarter of history.

Now the part everyone scrolls to first.

Price

AU$199 one-off

Per report, per region. AU$599 a year for four quarters. A true trend needs at least two snapshots, so a first report shows counts only.

No GST is charged. Refund terms are in our terms and confirmed in writing before you pay. Full terms: /terms
