Why TITANOS does it differently

Our pack factory has already turned forms and tenders into 40 ready packs, 15 of them submitted. We record verified panel rules with their source and date. NSW SCM0020 is open any time for contracts up to AU$150,000, and turnover is not an acceptance criterion. QLD QITC has no panel or accreditation. Local Buy requires AU$20M public liability.
